- 30 g sucre

- Râper le zeste de citron dans le sucre mélangez et laissez infuser 10min.entre temps faites fondre le beurre

- Préchauffer le four a 150° et beurré votre moule

- 10min après,mettez les 3oeufs dans le mélange sucre citron,faites Blanchir et mousser le tout


- Ajoutez à cette étape la crème liquide et le rhum(moi arôme citron).mélangez bien le tout.

- Ensuite mélangez la farine et la levure puis mélangez le tout.

- Beurrer le moule versez y la pâte et mettez au four pour 50 a 1h de temps.
Entre temps préparez le sirop en mélangeant le sucre et L'eau et mettre au feu,une fois a ébullition et un peu réduit éteindre le feu et hors feu ajouté le jus de citron et mélangez. - Le cake prêt démouler et badigeonnez le de sirop, laissez absorber.
