  1. Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés. Mélanger dans un saladier farine, fécule, amandes, levure, bicarbonate, sel, cannelle et épices.
  2. Fouetter les œufs et les sucres jusqu'à blanchiment. Ajouter ensuite l'huile, puis le jus d'orange pressée.
  3. Ajouter progressivement le mélange sec à la préparation et fouetter jusqu'à avoir une pâte lisse.
  4. Ajouter les carottes râpées, puis les cranberries et les noix de pécan.
  5. Verser dans un moule à cake tapissé de papier sulfurisé et enfourner pour 1h environ. Vérifier la cuisson en enfonçant la lame d'un couteau qui doit ressortir sèche.
  6. Démouler et laisser complètement refroidir. Mélanger dans un petit bol le sucre glace et les 10g de jus d'orange pour avoir une consistance molle mais pas liquide. Tartiner rapidement le dessus du cake avec ce glaçage.
